With a background in teaching and buying roles in fast-paced retail environments, Nikita brings order, clarity, and a sharp eye for detail to everything she touches. After seeing the construction world up close through Danny’s work, she saw the potential for something better— and helped build Craft Group into exactly that. Her superpower?
